Clivia Bettelli Baskin, GMS

Raised in Europe in a multilingual (German, French, English, Spanish & Italian) family and having experienced 15 domestic and international moves as a child, Clivia is intimately aware of the rewards and challenges of relocating whether from one state or country to another.


Her extensive professional relocation experience includes having served in the following positions:


  • President - Place2Place (formerly DFW Orientation Services), providing destination services to global companies
  • Director of Relocation Services for CAI, managing inbound and outbound destination service programs
  • Senior Relocation Consultant - assisting international transferees and their families settling in the U.S.
  • Program Coordinator - coordinating cross-cultural programs, and development of information and training materials
  • Trainer - Living & Working in the USA workshops and country resource for German programs.
  • Coordination and implementation of an orientation/spouse assistance program for the military

Clivia holds a B.A. in Spanish and continues her education through workshops and seminars provided by the Human Resource and Relocation industry. She holds a Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) designation through the Employee Relocation Council.


Clivia is a member of the Employee Relocation Council (ERC) and the North Texas Relocation Professionals (NTRP). She is also on the board of the Women's Business Assistance Center and plays an active role in the international community as well as in her children's schools.
